Wills and Estates Lawyer – Clacton

The successful candidate will be joining a team of exceptional lawyers that work on a wide-ranging caseload of Wills and Estates matters and in conjunction with other departments within the firm to ensure client satisfaction.
The Firm: Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) is a LEXCEL accredited, Legal 500 recommended practice with 17 Legal 500 recommended lawyers. The firm has a long history in North Essex and has ambitious plans to grow further over the next three years.

Job Specification
This is a permanent full time role, based in our Clacton office, for a 5 year + PQE Private Client specialist, offering exposure to a varied caseload of quality complex Wills and Estates matters, working on behalf of both individuals and business clients.
You will be actively encouraged to participate in innovative marketing and business development activities, developing and maintaining networks for securing new clients for yourself and the team, whilst also having the freedom to seek out new opportunities and new areas of work.
Person Specification
We welcome applications from qualified lawyers who are committed to delivering exceptional client service, can inspire confidence in clients and colleagues at the highest level, and are able to develop lasting professional and personal relationships.
You may be a qualified member of Lifetime Lawyers and / or working towards your Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualification. If not, you will be keen to progress your professional development in these areas.
The Package
Salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience and ability.
