Sean Stuttaford joined TSP in 2001 as an IT specialist and in 2003 became Operations Director. In 2010 Sean took the position of Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) at the beginning of 2023. As C.E.O. Sean gets involved on a daily basis with the management of the practice, including strategy, performance and change management, marketing and business development and budget planning.
Before moving into the legal sector in 1998 Sean, who is local to the area, spent much of his early career working with technology within the Home Office and Civil Service. He also worked for a charity placing young adults into work placements and spent time as a lecturer for City College Norwich. Sean has an MBA in Legal Practice Management, which he passed with flying colours in 2013. In his spare time Sean is a very keen golfer and also enjoys watching motorsport.
Sean is anticipating an exciting time of change within the legal profession and in particular at TSP. Sean says “A changing legal market and client expectations are always pushing us to reach greater heights of legal expertise and service. The firm has grown in size and reputation over the past 5 years but we have worked hard to retain the values and the personnel that make TSP special. We are looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that will be presented over the next 5 years.”
