As CEO of Thompson Smith and Puxon Solicitors, Sean leads the firm and has a leading role within professional services since 2010. During this time, he has championed initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality legal solutions while also fostering a culture of learning, growth, and innovation across the firm.
Under Sean’s leadership, TSP is actively working towards its long-term vision, branded as TSP2030. This initiative focuses on positioning the firm for future success, enhancing both client service and operational efficiency. Sean is working closely with colleagues at all levels of TSP to ensure everyone is aligned around the long terms goals of TSP, and that the firm’s values and commitment to excellence are upheld as they adapt to an evolving legal landscape.
Sean holds an MBA in Legal Practice Management and leverages this expertise to drive the firm’s strategic direction and operational growth. He is committed to ensuring that TSP meets and exceeds client expectations in an increasingly complex market.
Beyond his role at TSP, Sean serves on the Board of Directors for Lawnet Ltd, supporting close to 80 independent law firms across the UK. He is also a City Ambassador and City Council panel member, contributing to regional investment programmes and economic development initiatives. A recognised thought leader, Sean regularly contributes to Legal Practice Management (LPM) Magazine as a columnist and conference speaker.
