As part of my responsibilities, the compliance aspect covers various areas, including making sure TSP complies with the numerous regulatory and statutory duties associated with being a firm of solicitors, including our Anti-Money Laundering responsibilities. I also oversee the maintenance of the firm's Law Society accreditations, Lexcel, and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
I was born in North East Essex and have lived locally all my life. I attended the Colchester County High School for Girls before pursuing a degree in Accountancy Finance and Economics at the University in Essex. Following that, I built a career in retail for many years, obtaining Post Graduate Diplomas in Marketing and Business Administration along the way.
