I am the Office Manager in the Operations Team, having joined the firm in September 2024. In my role, I oversee all things related to health, safety, facilities, and reception. It’s an exciting position that allows me to utilize my extensive background in building management while taking on new challenges within this dynamic environment.

Before joining the firm, I spent five years as an Assistant Building Manager for a multi-business premises in London. During that time, I developed a wealth of skills and experience that I now bring to my current role. From managing day-to-day operations to ensuring smooth communication between colleagues, clients, and contractors, I thrive on building strong relationships and maintaining an efficient workplace. My journey in facilities management has taught me the importance of attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and fostering a safe, well-organized environment where people can thrive.

 

Originally from South East London, I recently made the move to the beautiful town of Manningtree to be closer to family. The transition has been a rewarding one, allowing me to balance my career with quality time spent with loved ones. It’s a new chapter both professionally and personally, and I’m excited to bring my knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm to the Operations Team.

 

What I love most about my role is the variety it brings—no two days are ever the same! From managing health and safety protocols to overseeing reception and facilities, the dynamic nature of my responsibilities keeps me energized and passionate about my work. I take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly and that our team has the support it needs to succeed.

 

Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying long walks along the coast, losing myself in a good book, or spending quality time with friends and family—often centred around great food and conversation!
