I advise both commercial and private clients on a diverse range of general litigation matters, including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes (both residential and commercial) relating to possession, breach of lease, disrepair and dilapidation, contract disputes, consumer disputes, construction disputes, neighbour disputes, harassment and injunctions, insolvency and contentious probate matters.
