I obtained a Law LLB from the University of York in 2023 and started my training contract with TSP in January 2024. I am studying the Legal Practice Course part time but I am set to qualify from The University of Law in 2026. As I study part time, my training contract is slightly longer than usual which means my first seat is being treated as a ‘Property’ seat. I am currently with the Residential Team but will soon be moving to the Commercial Property Team based in Colchester.
Within the Residential Team, I am the primary contact for any Contract Packs. This means that I am involved in starting the Sale process for clients and often end up assisting clients throughout the later process, whether through drafting legal documents or answering questions.
I come from a farming family based in the Maldon District and I am a social member of the Southminster Young Farmers Club. As I was raised on a farm and the rest of my family are actively involved in agriculture, I spent many of my early years involved in farming. As the agricultural scene in Essex continues to diversify, I have recently spent more time working on local vineyards. I am also a Dementia Friend, an Alzheimer’s Society scheme which aims to raise awareness of what it’s like to live with dementia and how people living with it can be helped.
