This includes contractual claims, professional negligence matters, SPA disputes, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. A key focus of mine is Contentious Trust and Probate work, where I provide guidance on various claims such as capacity claims, trust disputes, construction claims, undue influence claims, and those brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
My academic journey includes a degree from the University of Essex, followed by the completion of my Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University. I trained and qualified into Dispute Resolution at another large regional firm, and I've continued to practice in Essex, advising clients nationwide.
