After leaving school, I trained to be a secretary in Bournemouth before joining a Chelmsford firm as a Wills and Estates Secretary. My journey with TSP began as a part-time member of the Debt Recovery team, and later, I transitioned to the Personal Injury team.
It was there that I trained and qualified as a Paralegal, passing my ILEx Level 3 Diploma in Vocational Paralegal Studies with a merit in 2003. In 2014, I expanded the range of work I undertake, adding clinical negligence to my portfolio.
