Professional Support Paralegal

I am a Professional Support Paralegal in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team, where I provide both paralegal and secretarial support. I joined the firm in 2015, starting as a part-time secretary, and have since developed my role significantly within the team.

My journey with the firm began nine years ago with a maternity cover secretarial role, which soon turned into a full-time position in the Clinical Negligence team. Over the years, I’ve taken on more responsibilities, and now I handle new clinical negligence enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’m proud to be the team’s first point of contact for these cases, and I strive to provide the best possible service to our clients.

The work we do in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team makes a real difference in people’s lives, and that’s what I enjoy most about my role. I’m passionate about helping people, and I take pride in making sure that every enquiry is handled with care and professionalism.

With the firm’s support, I’ve also started working toward my CILEX qualification, which I began in April 2024. With my first exam coming up soon, I’m on track to become a fully qualified paralegal within the next two years, and I have aspirations to become a fee earner in the future. My passion for the work we do, along with my dedication to my own professional growth, drives me every day.
