Based in the Colchester Office, I specialise in commercial property matters, helping developers, private clients, farmers and landowners with:
- Strategic land planning (such as promotion and option agreements)
- Sale and purchases of land for development and all general commercial property work
- Succession planning for families and businesses
- Property portfolios
- Financing and taxation issues
Having obtained my degree from the London School of Economics, I took my Law Society Finals at the College of Law in London and spent the early part of my legal career in one of the City’s major firms. During the last five years, I worked at a leading regional firm before joining a Silver Circle law firm based in London.
