I became a qualified solicitor in September 2006 and joined the TSP Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team in September 2021. My work is primarily based in the Colchester office, where I specialise in advising clients on all aspects of their Clinical Negligence claims.

Over the course of my 15-year career as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including high-value ones involving spinal injury, brain injury, wrongful birth, and complex issues related to obstetrics and gynaecology, general surgery, orthopaedic, cardiology, and fatal accidents with financial dependency implications. I also collaborate with Steve Webb in representing claimants with personal injury claims.

My academic journey began with a degree in Law and Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University, followed by the completion of my LPC at the College of Law in 2003. As a dedicated professional, I am a member of AvMA’s Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

I approach my work with a deep understanding of the challenges my clients face when considering legal action in the realm of Clinical Negligence. I strive to provide a personal and tailored service, recognising that the consequences of a medical accident extend beyond the individual to impact their family as well. My goal is to offer support and make the legal process as stress-free as possible for my clients.
