Upon joining TSP, I found myself immediately in the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand, representing one of our London-based clients. While I have the opportunity to work with clients in the capital, my home and primary focus are in Colchester. I am expected to work mainly with businesses in the East of England, assisting them in managing staff issues. Additionally, I offer advice to individuals on workplace matters.
