I’ve been a qualified solicitor since 1999. I became a part of the TSP Wills and Estates team in August 2014, based in our Colchester Office.

Over the years, I've accumulated extensive experience in my field, specialising in advising clients on Succession Planning and Wills, as well as handling matters related to Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Inheritance tax, Trusts, and Court of Protection cases. One of my key areas of expertise lies in meeting the unique needs of elderly clients.

Growing up in a farming family and being married to a farmer has contributed to my strong agricultural client base. I attended Colchester County High School for Girls and pursued both my Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University. My journey into law began with a training contract at a Colchester law firm, where I worked in the Wills and Probate team and on matters related to elderly clients. This experience solidified my passion for this area of the law, as it touches the core of family dynamics.

I am a proud fully accredited member of Lifetime Lawyers, an organisation dedicated to providing specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable individuals, along with their families and caregivers. Additionally, I hold full qualification as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading professional body for practitioners in Trusts, Estates, and related issues worldwide. Outside of my legal career, I have been involved in various roles, including serving as a past Trustee of the Essex Federation of Young Farmers Clubs and a past council member of the Essex Agricultural Society.
