Welcome Robert – A New Addition to TSP’s Wills and Estates Team
Colchester and Clacton–based solicitors, Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP), are pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Ashworth to the Wills and Estates team. Robert will be based at the firm’s Colchester office.
Robert, who grew up in a farming family, attended St Peter’s School in Burnham on Crouch before going on to complete both his Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University. He qualified as a solicitor in July 2007 and since his qualification has worked on a broad range of private client matters. Robert will advise TSP’s clients on their wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration. He will also advise on elderly and vulnerable client matters and in particular will focus on succession planning advice for the firm’s large portfolio of farming and agricultural clients.
Welcoming Robert to the firm, Fiona Ashworth, who leads the Wills and Estates team, said “I would like to welcome Robert to Thompson Smith and Puxon. The TSP Wills and Estates team provides a friendly and professional service and is conscious of the fact that in many instances clients will be going through a very difficult and distressing time when they first come to see us. The team can, if needs be, offer home, care home or hospital visits for those unable to travel to our offices.
