Thompson Smith and Puxon welcome new Senior Associate to award-nominated Wills & Estates team
Leading Essex law firm, Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) are pleased to announce that Ann Coutts today joins us as a Senior Associate in the firm’s award-nominated Wills & Estates team. This marks a triple appointment for TSP’s Wills & Estates team who this month also welcome two new Legal Secretaries in accordance with a growing demand for its expertise.
Based in TSP’s Colchester office, Ann has spent the last 19 years specialising in Private Client law. Ann undertakes all areas of Private Client law but concentrates her efforts supporting HNW clients with lifetime tax planning and inheritance tax planning. She also manages trusts and drafts bespoke Wills to meet clients’ individual requirements.
Ann also provides assistance with all areas of estate administration and is highly experienced in managing all types of estates including intestacy. She also advises clients in relation to lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
She is a full member of STEP and an affiliated member of The Association of Lifetime lawyers and has also completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. She is a Dementia Friend and local champion of the Essex Community Foundation.
