Recognised in the ‘Private Client Team - Wills & Probate (16+ Solicitors)’ category, this achievement reflects the firm's ongoing commitment to excellence.
The Modern Law Private Client Awards are among the most prestigious accolades in the legal industry, celebrating outstanding performance and innovation. The team consists of two Director / Partners, Senior Associate (Nicola Healy), two Associate Solicitors (Georgia Bolton and Adina Milleare), Solicitor (Helen Geldart) and a Trainee CoP ILEX Paralegal assisted by an experienced support team. Trainee Solicitor, Anisa Khan, was named Trainee of the Year at the LawNet Awards 2023/24 whilst working in the Private Client team.
The team are consistently recognised in the Legal 500 for their dedication to providing top legal services with Fiona Ashworth noted as a Leading Individual and Robert Ashworth and Nicola Healy named as Next Generation Partners. Both Fiona and Nicola are STEP qualified, with Nicola is also a dual-qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Georgia is a Professional Deputy for Court of Protection matters and is also fluent in Spanish, often helping expats and clients who have assets and property in Spain.

Renowned for their expertise in more complex and intricate legal matters, the team also undertakes work on complicated estates, specialising in providing support to diversified Agri-Business owners with high-value assets, multifaceted disputes and complex tax and trust matters. As specialists within the agricultural sector, TSP is the ‘go to’ law firm for the farming community and landowners across Essex, Suffolk and beyond.
