Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) today welcomes Associate Chartered Legal Executive Claire Martin into its highly regarded Residential Property team.

Based in TSP’s Clacton office, Claire is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including registered and unregistered land, Transfers of Equity, Tenancy Agreements and Lease Extensions as well as Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases from instruction to post completion.

The TSP Residential Property team is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) – the mark of excellence in the home-buying process. The Law Society introduced the scheme to promote high standards. It ensures high levels of service and enables clients to recognise practices which provide a quality residential conveyancing service.

Claire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Member of the Equity Release Council.
