Essex based law firm, Thompson Smith and Puxon, have appointed Andrew Breckenridge as a Director joining their expanding Dispute Resolution team. Based in their Colchester office, Andrew advises both individual and business clients on a wide range of issues involving complex disputes, dispute avoidance, mediation, related regulatory and reputational issues and is joining a team highlighted by the Legal 500 as a Leading Firm in Commercial Litigation.

This senior appointment is one of a number of key appointments at the firm which is set to grow significantly in a number of practice areas.

Throughout his thirty year legal career, Andrew has worked in Dispute Resolution in a number of areas including property, commercial, banking and financial services, professional negligence, insolvency, employment, construction and trusts related litigation.
