A warm TSP welcome to Anisa
Thompson Smith and Puxon is pleased to announce the appointment of Anisa Khan as Court of Protection Paralegal. Anisa is the main contact for the day to day administration of Court of Protection and Deputyship matters at Thompson Smith and Puxon.
Anisa is based in our Colchester office within the Wills and Estates team. Her role covers a range of Court of Protection matters and she assists Director Steve Webb, under the supervision of Aileen Hirst, with the provision of administration and legal services for the firm’s Court of Protection and Deputyship clients; managing the property and finances of adults and children without capacity, who have received substantial clinical negligence and personal injury awards following successful claims by our litigation department.
